Unless something has changed in the last few month, Ridley Prince is married to Joyce Prince. It should be one and the same.

I remember. I also remember a funny story regarding the house. While I do not know who built it or owned it, I did know the American family with five daughters that rented it for years. When we first drove over the mountain to visit them, we were amazed the home was built so close to the beach, but, it was a beautiful location. Only problem, you could never see out the windows. Do you have any clue of the year? I keep thinking of sizing the material for the Saba drawn lace. But that did not begin until the late 1800's.

I tried to enlarge it but I guess I am not that smart. The key to the year would be from the beach. It still has the employee trailers at the end near the bluff. And the undeveloped beginning of the lowlands. It is long before 1995. I will try to see if I can enlarge.

Everyone makes light of it. It has been very sad for my family. Not again to have to pass the destruction of the storm will be welcome. To give up the wonderful memories of the area will be hard. But my entire family has great fear of what will happen to the property now. AND we, as a family unit, have decided to pray for the following: @ Give the land back to the people of St. Maarten.

How did this thread surface again? Original post was June 2000. If it comes to I have to ask a restaurant proprietor of the crime status on this Island, then it means I did not do my homework and should not be there anyway. St. Maarten is not for everyone. But for some of us, it is home. If we could change the way the world is today or switch back to the way St. Maarten once was, I think m

Oh Leenms, that was the problem. There was no family with her. She would not allow it or wait two weeks until there was family on St. Maarten. She traveled with three women she graduated from College of Charleston in 1945. They all are in their mid 80's. All kidding aside, it was very stressful for all the family but they went and they enjoyed. Way to go Auntie. Says she made so many f
