We stayed at Sapphire last November and are happy to say we will be back on November 6th for another week. I guess that about says it all on our feelings

Thank you so much! I can't tell you how many times we have driven by the locked gate with the small sign that says "La Belle Creole". every time I say that I want to stop and take a walk and "The boss" says no way! Here is a video of the ruins And Gobeach's description: It must have really been something! Pajo

The Caribbean card is available at , tell them you read about it in the herald and you pay only $30.00 (if I remember correctly) My wife's favourite lobster dish was the lobster thermidor at The Greenhouse, why? I think everything was just perfect that night. Again thanks for the heads up about the bugs Barbara. No idea why no TTOL access on wifi although you could get access from the l

Kathy: yes we stayed at the Sapphire and really enjoyed ourselves. We did not really take advantage of much of the Sapphire - used the pool on the last day. We did not have any interaction with management (I don't think), but did find front desk staff quite helpful and pleasant. Also did not go to the bar so can't comment on the bartender. The room was clean, roomy and pleasant. The on

This trip was a change for us; the last many trips have been all-inclusive at Mount Vernon, then Sonesta Maho and for the past few trips at Mercure Simson Bay. No real reason for the change but thinking of extending our trips from one week to two and AI is not economical. Lowest price we could get for this week out of Toronto (was checking constantly) AI was $2,200.00 cdn. So we’ll see how i

I am assuming you saw the prices n the Toronto papers on the weekend - a real good deal. We stayed at Sonesta Maho a couple of times and would recommend it as an excellent value. I would agree I wouldn't want to walk to Cupecoy from Maho

This is a round about answer! We parked in the parking lot closest to the bridge and the busy restaurant was the one closest to the car (on the side closest to the main street and near where Zee Best used to be. Yes I believe it was Marina Port Royale. And I am sorry I don't remember the name of the restaurant.

We used Transat Vacations out of Toronto for our sixteenth or seventeenth time to St. Martin. Uneventful flight arrived just before noon and met Lesley Bruce of Kenny’s who was waiting for us, helped us with our luggage out to our car did the paperwork and gone in about 5 minutes! A quick trip to Mercure Simson Bay (our third time here). Renting a car lets you beat the bus so check in was

We are a family that has traditionally stayed at All Inclusive resorts. This time we are thinking of a change. One of the places that has caught my eye is Carolita Apartments at Oyster Pond. Does anyone have any experience here?

IMHO i would recommend Sonesta Maho - Mullet Bay a very short walk around the corner or the beach at the end of the runway, right in the heart of all the action, as I remember (it has been a few years since we stayed here) a good pool situation, kids certainly no problem Yup I think it would fit

Roy: I have found Lesley Bruce to be a very honourable man and would recommend him as well as Donico of Competition Car Rental - a referral from Lesley when he was not able to look after us. Be wary there are a few rental firms that have left a number people stranded at the airport
