Keep in mind that the Privilege Card is only good for 30 days and you say you will be there for 7 weeks. You may want to get the resident's card if you will be returning sometime within the next year after your 7 week trip. It may be more cost effective. I buy it for my guests as I think it's a great $ saver for them.

I would like to also suggest that if they are out of the food you are looking for (which I doubt) then there is a store which is much easier to get to and that is in Porto Cupecoy called the Gourmet March. It's just a 5 minute drive from Maho and you wouldn't have to fight any traffic, especially with the road work they are doing near there.

It's a beautiful condo complex and probably the tallest building on the island. You will love the views. Every condo is individually furnished so I can't say what the condo would look like inside but I can't see how it could be bad at all! The rental car company should not charge you for the tire change or repair but if they do, as long as you have insurance on your rental, you could always file a claim when you get home as long as your rental company gives you the paperwork regarding the repair.
