Looking for a girl i rescue en Miami during the Hurricane Luis in 1995

Hello all.
I hope you can help me.
I was traveling from Los Angeles to Miami in 1995 and next to me was a wonderful teenage girl, coming from Tahiti from spending time with her father, and going home to Saint Martin. She asked me for help on the confirmation of the ticket since American Airlines was not able in LAX.
As soon as we got to Miami, we learned that the island was isolated and no flights were available. No communication either.
I took her as a guest and communicated with the french consul to get some update on the situation of the island.
She stayed with me for a couple of weeks until we were able to communicate with her mother, that was happy to know i took good care of her daughter.
We lost communication once i moved and changed my last name.
I really want to find her. It is part of my bucket list.
All i know is her Step-father was a layer in S.M. and was trying to get some settlement with AA since they did not helped her in any way.
Please please please, help me find her, just to close the circle

Thanks
