Internet speeds French side

Hello all I have asked this before but what areas get high speed Internet meaning over 4mgps on the French side or Dutch side. I live in Concordia and hate it but I do get 6mgps which I need to operate my us based ecommerce business. Can anyone help please? I looked at a great place in nettle bay and come to find out they have a max speed of 2mgps which is very bad for me atleast. Thanks all
