Hi im a 26 Yr old Mexican who is willing to work and live in paradise, i´ve been in St Maarten many times, and I love It.

would you think it might be difficult to get a job as a waiter or bartender?

In a word. YES.
With all the grief the island is experiencing because of timeshare problems coupled with the global economy still being off there are many island locals unemployed and even if someone would take you you'd catch a lot of flak all over.
