Hello I have French citizenship and I want to start a Beach type business on the French Side. I am in the U.S at the present and i would like to know what forms I will need to fill out to start the business and the cost of filing for a Directors license. Also I would like to know what liability is involved and how do I secure insurance for the business. I will be serving alcohol and food . When I get to St Martin where do I go to file the paper work and how long will it take to secure the license. Thank you for your help
