Re: Towers at Mullet Bay

We have traded a week in Aruba and are arriving at the towers next weekend and am curious after all these comments exactly what we will be getting.... We have travelled to St. Martin numerous times and stayed at various accommodations, some very mediocre. we understand that these are not 5 star resorts but we go to the island for the beautiful beaches, enjoy the restaurants and to meet up with 'friends' we have met over the years. It would take a lot for us to write a bad review, one would be that it is dirty or in need of serious repairs. Because we booked this last minute, we have a ground floor studio which doesn't thrill me but I can live with it as we spend all day at the beach, weather permitting! Is there a place nearby with free WiFI? and do all rooms have a safe? thanks for your postings

Susan,

First of all, things have stayed pretty much the same at The Towers. The good news is the internet is available in the rooms - $12 or $15 a day or you can take your laptop and sit on the bench outside and probably pick it up for free. There are plenty of places a short drive away where you can get free internet - Porto Cupecoy for sure and othern places in the area so I'm told.

If you ask at check-in you may very well be able to up-grade your unit to a higher floor which I would definitely do if there was something available. We stay on the seventh floor and it's nice to be able to sleep with the sliders open at night rather than having to depend on A/C.

All the units have a safe in the closet.

Respectfully,

pat
