anybody know what is going on with the BBB / when i was there in feb. the word was it might be sold to make room for more condos / i sure hope not / my son was there last week and said they had no shirts or hats to sell and did not think they were getting more in / kind of sounds like the end might be near / it also looks as though the website is not being managed anymore / if any body knows anything let us know

Doesn't BBB belong to Neal and isn't Neal a moderator here? Are you out there Neal? There has been a lot of speculation that he was leaving the island so does anyone know if it happened? That might explain a lot cause no ones ever done as good with his properties second hand as he did at new. I think it has something to do with his skill and understanding of people and good strong marketing.
