Construction at Pelican Resort

My daughter will be staying at the Pelican Resort the week of October 23 - she will be getting a studio. She was told they would not be able to tell her which building or view she will be getting until two days before departure. Would you be able to let me know since there are constructions going on where it will be more suitable for her to stay - by that I mean building and better view? Since it is not a busy season maybe they could be gracious to accommodate her - it will be her first time in the island. I found out about the construction on your website, of course after she has paid for her accommodation - how bad is it? Thank you for your help.
