Weather

Good morning, we are planning to be there in a few days. Looking at the weather reports it is showing a lot of rain. Can anyone tell me if when they say 40% rain does it usually rain all day or does it do like a lot of islands and come in and blows out fast?

never look at the weather report.
we haven't had real rain in a long time..
we just have showers like all tropical areas.
don't worry about it.

Coming on the 7th. I know u want rain but after the 14th is OK. Barbara is correct. Showers at night maybe a few hit n miss showers during the day. I have been sitting on th beach in sunshine and watching it rain somewhere else.
When it rains and we are on the beach I usually just go into the water as long as there is no lightning

BTW, this is a more accurate weather forecast although it only does 3 days in advance, which all they can really accurately do anyway.

Rick
about 2 weeks ago, we had a cloudburst in the Philipsburg area. It rained heavily for almost 2 hours. My rain gauge mesuered 1 1/2 inches of rain. Roads were flooded.
That happened on the Philispburg side of the mountain.
Not a drop fell in Simpson Bay and Cole Bay. the sun shone brightly all day LOL

Barbara1,
Do you have a personal weather station setup there? If so you should get it added to the weatherunderground.com
PWS' normally give the best data as they are current and local.

God to everyone:
This Christmas Barbara1 wants a Personal Weather Station.
Now this is different from the Malibu Barbie she wanted last year or the dancing thumbilina she wanted when she was 10
Or the Easy Bake Oven she got when she was 20
This she really needs
HAHAHAHAHA

Sorry I know it has nothing to do with anything but some things just have to be done.
