Has anyone had any problems with Crown Realty. We dealt with a man named
Bob Coen in order to sell our time share last year. He sold the week in Royal Palms and still has not sent the money.

If you are planning on selling your time share, stay away from Crown Realty.

I haven't dealt with them personally but we came very close at one time. Some inner sense made us draw back from the deal but not because of Crown itself or it's agent but because, the more we considered what we were contemplating, we realized it just wasn't a wise thing to do.

I have noticed, however, over quite a few years now, their listed timeshares are extraordinarily high by comparison to the realistic timeshare resale market prices of TUG, Red-Week and Holiday.
