Sun Resorts moratorium ends

The moratorium which prevented payment to the Mullet Bay owners by Sun Resorts ends on Sept 4 2006. The litigation both in St. Maarten and New York is to be terminated as well. Good news for the neighbourhood. A new master plan is in the workds to finally rejuvenate the area according to a communiqué issued this week by Clarence Derby of Sun Resorts. See Daily Herald issue of today. Regards to all lovers of Mullet Bay. I have a time share at the Towers and love it.
