Does anyone know if the new terminal for the airport will be open next month. Trying to figure out what to expect.

there is a picture of the current status of the terminal in the Daily Herald today.
it says the new building should be handed over to the airport operating company PJIAE within one month.
Queen Beatrix is scheduled to officially open it in early November.
