We don't go looking for ribs either. But have had them a few times and they've always been pork.

Just got back from St. Maarten. LoLo's Talk of The Town had fantastic food. Inexpensive too. The ribs we had were pork. Rice and peas (pigeon peas) were the best I've ever had. 3 sides for 10.00. The Guavaberry rum smoothie was so delicious, OMG, but it was good. Wish I had one as I'm writing. Brought some Guavaberry home and will make some smoothies tomorrow. Can't wait to go back. Wish the owners would write a cookbook.
