I'm relocating to St. Maarten September 2006 and I'm looking for a two-bedroom apartment or condo to rent for one year.

Please email me at banovetz@gmail.com if you can be of assistance.

Regards,
Nick

I've never seen any "inside stuff" posted, where there are certain "best opportunities" etc. in this regard.

For best results, suggest Googling St. Maarten/St. Martin real estate, -condos/apts. for rent- etc. and post again for recommendations/comments on particular properties/areas etc.

I've seen the real estate agency Remax mentioned, try that. Contact one place and explain your circumstances and get leads to other places etc.

My husband may be attending medical school at ACU in August. We have 3 children and will be looking to lease a condo for about 2 years near the medical school. Do you have any suggestions on fairly inexpensive housing?
