does any body know what happened to marty's place i was there last week and he was closed both times i stopped / thought that was a little strange to closed during regatta week

none of us know where Marty is or why he is closed.
I'll have to ask around and see if I can find out.

Marty's is open & has been since last week. I even had a gyro from there 4 days a go.

Maybe Marty is opening only when he feels like it. I have been by several times the past few weeks and he has never been open.
for many weeks now, people have not been able to find him open.

Marty is always alive and kicking at "The Dream" bar (owner and operator) located at [www.caravanseraibeachresort.net] if you're looking for him.. He's in the middle of opening yet a new restaurant to, I believe, take the place of the old "Marty's Gyro" restaurant he's had for a very long time.

Marty is now running the pool bar at the Caravanseria Resort. It's called the Dream Pool Bar.

Mary does have the Dream Pool Bar at Caravanserai and his restaurant, which is undergoing some renovation and had a soft opening this weekend will be fully operational in a week or two in the same location on Welfare Road as always.
