Looking for a condo for May 13-23...Need a studio or 1 Bedroom or 2 bedroom. We like Royal Palm but will consider all in the Simpson Bay area. Looking for a better deal than hotel websites can give. We realize the rental may be only for a week and we will have to find accomodations for the other 3 nights. Thanks!

Have a 2 Brm lockout at Pelican available for weeks 19 (May 7-14) & 20 (May 14-21). Units can be rented individually for one or two weeks. If interested more information can be supplied.

Go to [cheapcaribbean.com] and check their St Maarten specials. Call them for a studio for $499/ wk. We and friend have used them and highly recommend their service.

If the above individual only wants to stay in the Simpson Bay area, Cheapcarribean may not be the best option, since you have to give three resorts that you are willing to stay at and Cheapcarribean may not come up with ne in the Simpson Bay area.

Regarding CheapCaribbean.com - Awesome company, great personalized service (ask for Keith). You need to specify top 5 choices, but if you pick Royal Palm, Atrium, Pelican, Flamingo, you are practically guaranteed to be in the right area. It is probably more economical to go for 2 weeks with them at 499/wk than paying hotel rates for the 3 extra nights.

Daniela - may I suggest that when you are trying to solicite your timeshare that you maybe focus on accommodations requests that are asking about dates in the future as oppossed to the past? LOL
