Villa Romarin

Flamands, St.Barts - 2 bedroom villa

Major renovation of Villa Romarin will take place between May and October, 2003. This 'new' villa will be re-introduced in the Fall of 2003 as "Villa La Liberté". The following is a general overview of what is planned:

Exterior:
Exteriors walls will be white and accented by zinc gutters and roofs.
All wooden decking will be replaced with an EPE wood which is slightly darker than teak.
The overall deck area will be expanded pool side
Pool interior will be resurfaced

All new modern electronics (Direct TV/DVD New stereo, outdoor speakers)
All new modern kitchen appliances including adding a dishwasher
